Our Experienced Chartered Physiotherapists, all Health Professions registered, use an integrated evidence-​based approach to treat muskuloskeletal disorders, sports injuries, spinal, biomechanical and work-​related problems. We focus on functional rehab to restore and maintain optimum pain-​free function. Ergotec also offers paediatric physio, sports massage, personal training and specialised kids and adult exercise classes.

Specialities include paediatric physio, spinal problems, sports injuries, all muskuloskeletal and biomechanical problems such as back pain, disc fusions, knee and hip replacements, shoulder, pre and post-​op second phase rehab for ACL/​PCL reconstruction and our Exercise Scientists specialise in all special population needs such as cardiovascular disorders, metabolic disorders eg Type II Diabetes, arthritis, postural deviation etc

History

Established in 1998.

Ergotec Health Studios offer a one-​stop body-​shop for clients who require Physiotherapy, Physical Rehabilitation, Sports Injury Therapy, Personal Training, Sports Massage or any specialist Physical Therapy care, from beginners to pro athletes. Whether you have a marathon to run or an illness to fight, it is our aim to offer expert, friendly, personal exercise prescription and manual therapy second-​to-​none for all musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.

Simply, we offer specialist health, fitness and rehab services, either one-​to-​one or in small classes managed by multiple degree-​qualified teams, comprising Chartered Physiotherapists, Human Movement /​Exercise Scientists (Biokineticists) and Sport Rehab Therapists.
