Feliks Augustine

I was very disappointed with the way Feliks Augustine treats their customers. Their are very hard to work with, they don’t respond to emails. They try to charge you for everything. Dealing with them was a nightmare. Definitely the worst agency I have ever worked with. Stay away if you don’t want any problems.
I am still trying to get my money back as they kept more than a half of huge deposit. If anyone is in similar position please let me know by posting here.

i would not recommend this estate agent. rented a house with them for more than a year. first the service was horrible, whenever we faced a problem with the house, they would take years to come and have a look at it. the quality of the work done to solve out the problem was very poor (it would happen again in some days). when however we left the home, they charged us a ton! to be honest we left the house in a good state but still they charged us excessively, and it was unfair since we spent time and money to keep the house in very good condition, even when we left! i wouldnt recomment this agent to anyone. run away people! save yourself some money! and i would also add, the rents they charge are really expensive compared to some other agents!
