Amazing gym classes with extremely professional PTs, highly recommended!

As an out of town visitor, I dropped in to see what offerings this facility had. I happened to stop in with my two children on my way home from dinner. The first thing anyone said to me was that children were not allowed. I was clearly not ready to work out. I replied that I was there to check it out. She repeated herself. This is very bad business and highly disappointing. I definitely do not recommend this facility if you want friendly staff.

Joy of inner city gyms, you pay more and get less. This is essentially my opinion of this gym.
It’s just around the corner from Holborn station so it’s very convenient. If you can find it. It’s literally tucked behind Prets in an alleyway with just a tiny single glass door wedged between 2 shops as an entrance. It’s like finding platform 9 ¾.
With some creative use of space you will find that the spin studio is outside the reception and upstairs. The changing room entrance have such low ceiling it’s like Alice in wonderland.
It’s also worth noting that this is now a tier 2 club which means your old platinum club membership may or may not work here. Do ring ahead and check.
