I find the layout a bit confusing impaired to other FF’s (I prefer more open plan style gyms)‘but the facilities are great and the cycle classes are the best — particularly the girl who takes the Wed 7:30am class and does it in a very HIIT style compared to other instructors who go for long boring intervals at other gyms I have attended. Good vibe and friendly weights room for a female. Would recommend.

This gym is amazing. Best Fitness First in London (that I’ve been to). Nice and spacious. Quiet on a Saturday morning. New equipment and lots of light too, not one of those basement gyms.

These guys are fantastic. The staff is super friendly and the facilities are excellent. The vibe when you go inside is really open and inviting. Everybody has a high energy personality and crazy ready to spot you on a lift or show you around the gym. I’m a big fan of this location and will definitely be coming back next time I’m in town.

I work in Central London and have been quite stressed out with the job lately.(who isn’t). Anyway a pal at work told me our local Fitness First has a really good treatment service and importantly that I didn’t need to be a member of Fitness First to use the service (goody goody gumdrops).
My pal gave me Leyla’s (beauty therapist) business card I gave her a ring she told me I could receive a treatment that evening.
I met Leyla at reception, very friendly with a warm smile which immediately made me feel comfortable about receiving a massage (Neck, Back and Shoulders). The time flew by because she had excellent interpersonal skills and the massage was lovely.
Her knowledge is sound and she did a consultation with me to make sure I had no health problems (over looked by some other places).
Leyla also highlighted that some of my tension was related to poor posture (I will endeavour not to slouch!!!).
I wil definately be making regular trips to use Leyla’s services. :)
