History

Established in 1992.

The F&L Group employs over 80 professionals and support staff, operating in Central London, UK and San Francisco, North America.

We are constituted through a number of associated entities. Our close ties with our associate entities enable us to offer a unique breadth of services and expertise to both large and small companies. We are entirely privately funded by our own Group Partners and Directors and have grown since inception through establishing successful long-​term client relationships.

Gabriel P.

Business Owner

Gabriel began his taxation career with PwC where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant specialising in Corporate Tax.

His portfolio of clients included large multinational corporations and, in particular, UK subsidiaries of North American Technology companies.

Gabriel is responsible for all aspects of taxation and specialises in advising on the international tax and related financial and strategic issues which arise during the globalisation process.
