Awful do not use. Both my partner & I drop off/​collect dry cleaning so use his details for simplicity. We have done this for many yrs using his name & number to collect and pay. Today at 38 weeks pregnant I took a cab especially to pick up our a top I really need urgently as I’m so pregnant hardly anything fits. They have hired some new idiot utter bitch of manager who refused to let me collect my dry cleaning as I don’t have the ticket (my parter dropped it in). I queried this saying I always collect my dry cleaning using my partners name & phone number, have done so for years. The stupid woman kept asking me for ID even though I explained multiple times it’s 2016 I have a different name from my partner/​the account. I said I have never had an issue before but she started making up complete lies about «policy». Even though I explained never having an issue in 3yrs and that I took a taxi she refused to let me get my top. Thanks you’ve just lost our business.

They ruined the belt to my $ 700 USD Cole Haan jacket and did not correctly do an original hem on my JBrand jeans. I would NEVER go there again. Horrible outcome and even worse customer service. They offered no refund or resolution. Terrible service. Terrible people. I will never return. EVER!

I want to give Flair more stars, I really do.
Since their revamp a few months ago, the place is bright and airy, they do good deals on 5 shirts and the staff are usually on the ball and very friendly.
I’ve used these guys for years and have usually had great service but it’s started to slip recently. In my book, saying my items will be ready on Saturday means that, at any time of my choosing on that Saturday, I can pop in and collect my items. Apparently they don’t share the same view. «Can you come back after 5pm? It’s not ready yet»… is become an all too familier response unfortunately. The last 4 times this has happened.
I’m going to give them one last try, otherwise it’s bye bye and time to move onto the competition in Clapham, of which there is ample!
Let’s hope they buck their ideas up.
