I always stop here when I’m in the right terminal. Sure, it’s F&M packaged food served up and it’s not the cheapest but the service is excellent. You are greeted almost immediately, seated & offered prosecco. The food is served as if you were in a fine dining restaurant not an airport terminal. And your coffee brews beside you while you eat. Compared to the other options in the airport this place really gives you a sense of «a little treat» before you fly out. I got tired of the usual sandwiches or «lasagne & chips» options where everyone is always in such a rush. This is a far nicer experience. Recommend trying one of their coffees(choice of blend) and selecting a couple of their starter size dishes for a pleasant meal.

Great place for a stopover. Small batch spirits, extensive wines and ingredients beyond compare. My favorite: Smoked Salmon with Crème Fraiche and Rye Bread, washed down with a Gin and Tonic. Well done.

One of the best aspects of flying from Terminal 2 is this Fortnum & Mason concession. They offer just a small selection of their best sellers, but always seem to have just the right gift idea. If you run out of time to visit the real shop, at least you don’t have to miss out on your favourite teas and biscuits altogether.
