Have eaten here many times and would strongly reccomend, the service is great and the food delicious (the ribs are the best i have tasted) and the herby potatoes are amazing, the atmosphere is great although it is always busy and waiting is expected early evening.

Really poor. We had the worst meal we’ve ever (almost) eaten. The red sauce they used (on nearly all our dishes) was cold and tasted of chemicals, the pizzas were cold (one still a bit frozen in the middle) and not even the cheese had melted on it, the vegetables tasted of mush and they skimped on the portion sizes. Out of 10 dishes we ordered, 2 were acceptable.
Other than the food being terrible, they played the happy birthday song to more than 8 people in the 2.5 hours we spent there, which meant turning the lights off (yes, off!) and having louder music than was bearable (we were under the speakers though) blaring ‘happy birthday to you’. A disgrace and yet they still tried to charge us £75 for it.
On the plus side, the waiter was very sweet about it and couldn’t stop apologising. He was embarrassed about the evening too.
