History

Established in 2011.

Audrey is the creative force behind Ganache Macaron. She started the artisan macaron confectioner’s boutique two years ago, with her partner, Paul; after finding that the UK was lacking in quality macaron suppliers.

Originally from Paris, Audrey grew up surrounded by the traditional French macaron. When she moved to the UK, Audrey was eager to bring this distinct and delicate French treat with her. She is passionate about macarons and strives to take this dainty treat further and further with quality ingredients, unique flavours and exquisite creations like Ganache Macaron’s life sized Marie Antoinette inspired Macaron Dress.

Audrey and Paul now teach Macaron Baking Classes on a regular basis. Them and the rest of the team at Ganache Macaron have provided quality, delicious and creative macarons to a variety of clients including Channel 4, Clarins UK, William Norris and Maison Blanc, to name a few.
