History

Established in 2013.

At Garrett Whitelock we enjoy being part of your local life. Between them the directors have been in SE1 for a combined 20 years and are proud to own a business here. It’s why we are happy to answer any questions you might have on how best to sell or rent your property or to help out if you’re new to the area and simply need some advice.

As we continue to reinvest in a community that has given us so much we look to use local suppliers where we can and are visible at festivals and other events. We further our role as responsible citizens by giving a percentage of our fees every month to a local charity as voted for by our clients.

Ultimately we’re providing a service to SE1 residents and property owners. Our offices are located in renovated buildings with a historical flavour (they were at one time a print works warehouse) and we’ve designed them to be as pleasant and welcoming as possible, with the exposed brickwork and contemporary finish a reminder of the history of SE1 as

Business Owner

Before Lee was an estate agent he spent five years in the navy, living either in the confined spaces of a submarine or back on land at base. It’s the structured and detailed approach he had to learn there that has helped him every day since becoming an SE1 estate agent back in 2005. Lee married Saranya six years ago and they have two children — Alfie and Alice.

Lee explains «Being an estate agent isn’t just about finding tenants and buyers — it’s about properly managing the sale or lease of the property and we believe we do this very well at GW. I’ve always felt estate agents could do so much more with customer service as an industry and that’s why I started GW.»
