History

Established in 1993.

Christianah… the CEO and the founder of Gracious Party Time… started Gracious Party Time in 1993, she attended National Bakery School in South Bank University London, where she studied Baking Technology, before then she attended so many different evening classes run in colleges like Lewisham college, Newham college and Greenwich college, trying to learn different aspects of cake decorations.

Since then, she has been increasing and is well known both here and abroad for her outstanding skills.

In Year 2005 she started her Institute for Cake Decorations and Confectionery Arts and basically has been training people on Cake Decoration Courses and Baking from the beginner’s class up to the advance level which are The Art of Baking, Wilton Courses, PME Professional Diploma Courses, The Art of Balloon Decoration and Food Hygiene courses.

She is an excellent tutor as her students say and always willing to impact knowledge on others.
