The very worst receptionist ever, rude with an attitude, unhelpful and obnoxious, tried calling for directions, after 3o mins of trying to get through, she answered, telling me to get a map. I was told she wouldnt accept my kgb voucher unless it Was printed out, when I enquirer where the nearest Internet café was, she replied, she doesn’t know and go to kilburn high road, with such an attitude I was shocked. I asked to speak to her manager, who it turns out to be her good friend, marina. Marina, a word of advice, don’t mix friendship and business, this woman is out to ruin your business, the beautitician, was unhappy and told me she just wants to leave as hates working in such a horrible environment. Truely shocking and I’ve requested a refund as you can’t pay me enough to have my hair done at that placeno star rating

Bought a Groupon voucher for highlights, cut and manicure. Arrived at salon to be greeted by a glowering receptionist. she said one word ‘Yes? I told her I had an appointment and she told me to sit down which I did. A woman dressed in scruffy ill-​fitting jeans and flip-​flops told me that she was going to be doing my hair. I sat down and we discussed colours. I picked two and she told me that if I wanted the second one it was £10 pound extra. Most people have at least two shades as the norm. I have grey roots and you need two colours. I reluctantly agreed to pay. The manicurist was a waste of space who disappeared half-​way through my manicure for 10 minutes. After the colour the stylist asked if I’d like my hair blown dry. I said yes. She told me that would be another £15. The voucher says colour and cut but most people would expect a blow-​dry to be included. I insisted that she blow dry my hair and told her I felt that she was trying to rip me off. She said it was down to the owner and that they’d had lots of complaints. I asked to speak to the owner but she was ‘not available’. The stylist could have been the owner for all I know. The salon was dirty and down-​at-​heel. I had a creased gown and dye– spattered towel thrown round my shoulders and she still managed to get dye on my jumper. Never again. Groupon voucher holders beware!

I tried booking on-​line with them, but their on-​line booking system doesn’t work at all. I also spoke to the receptionist who was rude, incoherent and unhelpful (she sounded like she was smoking pot) so I’m afraid I never got beyond that. I would not bother wasting time with people who have this type of attitude.

Really friendly staff and excellent choice of treatments. The beauty rooms are very relaxing and all have heated beds. Therapist really know what they are doing and you definatley get what you pay for.
