I would say this clinic operates VERY efficiently. The reception team are very welcoming and get you registered with a smile. I am VERY concern that the doctor does NOT wear gloves. I went to the doctor because I was burned in the USA with boiling water on my right breast. The burned area was clear infected. IT had little holes will light yellow fluid… The doctor refused to wear gloves, instead she said, she would wash her hands after examining my breast. She did NOT wash her hands BEFORE touching me and when I scanned the room for a box of gloves, they do NOT have any!!! After she completed her exam and she touched the infected areas, the doctor washed her hands but what about me!!! She also gave me antibiotics but wouldn’t her dirty hands make my infection worse? She clearly was writing with a pen and typing on her computer keyboard for at least five minutes BEFORE she started touching my exposed and infected breast wounds. I know I am in a foreign country and in the US it is required that ALL doctors and dentists where gloves; BUT, I found it horrific that in the UK the physicians do NOT wear gloves when clearly a patient has open wounds and an infection!!! I also think the paper that covered the exam table should have been changed BEFORE I entered the room. The doctor does NOT have a nurse and she is probably to busy to change the paper, but I was happy she did NOT have me lay back on the table because the paper was clearly used. The front desk services are very efficient, and I like the LED screen that directs you not your private room where the doctor is seated and waiting for you, but I hope I do NOT have to return… I was told that emergency rooms at hospitals take 5 – 6 hours wait to see a doctor. Thank God, so far, the antibiotics are working…
