Despite the tragic reviews, I figured I’d give this place a shot cause it’s 2015 and everyone is nicer in 2015, and also cause I needed to color my hair and I live next door to this place, and yeah. lazy.
His name is Andreas (I think. I have been known to meet someone called something like Tom and think he said Patrick instead, so there) but he is definitely from Portugal and he knows WHATS UP. I got a hair cut, highlights and an overall toner and I currently look like JLO, with the same ass and penchant for younger men.
I cant vouch for the rest, but Andreas spent a solid fifteen minutes listen to my hair woes and giving me options, and he really did do a fab job. I’m seeing him again fo sho.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid this place like an Ebola plague! Totally overpriced blowdry, yet very ‘Aunty’ blow dry styling! Horrible service, they confirmed my appointment for hair Colour, yet they cancelled it and claimed that I was only booked for a consultation after they had done a patch test on me 2days before the appt was booked and confirmed by Lydia. Totally unprofessional service and the only good stylist they had– Tee had left the company. The rest are useless idiots, would not have gone there if I was not living just down the block from them!

Horrible except for blow drying. This is so close to my house that I just kept trying. But, I have officially given up now. Their customer service is atrocious and the cuts are way too aggressive… Every time. I have tried several people and it just isn’t good with any of them. They even screw up rescheduling appointments at their request. Incompetent idiots.
