Trading since February 2000, HP Plotter are specialists in HP LaserJet and HP Designjet printers.

We have attained HP Preferred Status and are DEC (Designjet Elite Club) Partners and enjoy an excellent reputation in the industry. We are also winners of the 2011 – 2012 UK Best Small to Medium Business Awards and provide an unrivalled quality service to our customers.

We offer:

Designjet and Laserjet Service and Repairs, Annual Support Contracts /​HP Care packs, Regular maintenance visits, Installations, training and printer removals, Consumable sales (HP ink — toner — printheads — paper — media), Designjet sales (new and professionally refurbished/​second hand), Designjet Brokers (cash paid for old HP, Canon or other large format plotters), Sales of spare parts, maintenance kits, UK wide rental/​lease purchase of HP Designjets.

History

Established in 2000.

Founded by Tony Bray, Resolution originally provided IT support services — but later set up a UK-​wide network of HP trained engineers to repair HP large format printers.

By 2006 Nicola, Tony’s sister, joined the business. in 2008 Resolution had appeared on HP’s radar and were awarded Preferred Partner status in recognition of their strong business ethics, overall business ethos and expertise in the field of HP large format printer sales and support.

By 2009 Resolution were approached by HP and invited to join the much coveted Designjet Elite Club (DEC). Today, the DEC comprises only 12 elite businesses who meet HP’s exacting expectations and standards.

At the end of 2010 Resolution received the devastating news that Tony had terminal cancer — he lost his battle in Nov 2011. Under Nicola’s new leadership in 2010, Resolution steered towards continued growth, going on to win the UK Best Small to Medium Business Award. The business continues to grow steadily.

In my early years I worked for many different types of businesses, enjoying a variety of positions and building upon a range of skills including: sales, marketing, PR, customer service, research, project managment and much more besides.

An adventurous person, I studied site management, moved to Spain in 2002 after buying an Almond Farm and a house by the sea — and began a self build, learnt Spanish, helped a floundering business get in good shape and saleable, had a beautiful baby girl and set up an estate agency with my Spanish business partner.

By 2006 I felt it was time to return to the UK and I began helping my brother Tony at Resolution. In 2010 I took over the business from behind the scenes while Tony started his treatment for terminal cancer. Together we videod the YouTube videos — Tonys parting gift to you all.

Today I’m building Resolution to offer the best service while maintaining the excellent reputation we have in the marketplace. I enjoy the challenge.
