Had a ‘deep tissue’ massage and am less then impressed. Besides being only 50 minutes, not the 60 because of ‘turnaround time’ there was nothing deep about this one. Waste of 70 pounds in my opinion. I’ve had their services here though which have been better, but I would go to professionals for massages.,

I’ve had 3 colonics before I came here. The tube was smaller than a pin so naturally I freaked a bit when I saw the size of the tubes at Hydro Healing. Hydro Healing uses a gravity system and the tubes are half the width of a banana. Doesn’t hurt, just a little uncomfortable(mind you I’ve never even had anal sex before). However, Erin is very personable and knowledgable. She’ll put you at ease w/friendly conversation and administer whatever your body seems to need, whether it’s a tummy massage or a certain type if enema, free of charge. The place itself is clean and professional. Being a day spa they offer tons of other body wellness services. The colonics run about £85 each so it’ll be the most expensive poo you’ve ever taken but I can guarantee you’ll leave feeling so happy you’d want to start a one person flash mob.

My flatmate girlfriend had a colon hydrotherapy treatment here, and it was not so great. She felt worse afterwards and all she was told was to wait a day for things to get better. For the price, I would have expected better. I am not going to follow suit.

If the body is 80% water, then this spa is 100% body conscious. They have a whole range of treatments and services with the precious H2O as a base of them. It is a retreat from the stress of every day life. They have a treatment that is really good for a fast detox, and to loose a couple of pounds easily, its the colonic hydrotherapy, I wont go into detail, but basically they flush out all toxins and build up from a bad diet and you really come out feeling revitalized and healthy.
