I had a great experience at Imenio – the young lady at the front desk was super friendly and extremely helpful in figuring out which service would best work for me. I went for a waxing and Mimi did a fantastic job. It was my first time getting waxed, and she was really reassuring and made me comfortable. I highly, highly recommend, and definitely plan on coming back!

So full disclosure — I’ve been going to the flagship business, Imenio Hair Salon (2 doors down) for the past 20 years — and after returning to London, I saw that a sister business for skin care, nails, waxing, massage, etc. has opened! Based on my excellent experience at Imenio Hair Salon, I immediately made an appointment for waxing and a facial — and the bonus is, if you are an Imenio Hair customer, you receive a discount on services at Imenio Beauty! My waxing and facial was with Mimi — and I couldn’t have been more happy with her services. I’ve been recuperating from some horrible painful waxing experiences in the States — but with Mimi, I’ve had absolutely NO ingrown hairs, spots, or damaged skin. The pink wax she used is new to me and very gentle on my skin — plus, her excellent technique speaks for itself. As for the facial, Mimi has helped to heal and correct my mysterious, long-​time acne breakouts. For the past few years, I’ve had horrible acne and NOTHING (including dermatologists, prescription cream, antibiotics, diet changes, etc.) has worked. Last month I had more crazy eruptions that were horrible, including scaly skin peeling off daily (!! INSANE!!) — and so booked a cleansing facial with Mimi to get us started and see what we’d do moving forward. We discussed a lot of hypotheses and I described the patterns and where the breakouts were occurring — and based on that, I know that I’m going to book a lymphatic facial to get rid of the toxins in me. But after my first facial — no lie, ONE WEEK after my facial with Mimi, my breakouts and overwhelming acne is GONE. When Mimi saw me a week later, she was so happy for me — and I couldn’t stop thanking her. I can finally feel confident about my face — this is the first time in YEARS that I haven’t had mysterious acne. There’s NO question — I am so grateful to Mimi and will continue to give my business to this amazing establishment!

My new go-​to for amazingly radiant skin. Mimi is her name! To tell you the truth… I don’t really want to tell anyone about this. Thing is… It’s a very quiet salon. I can most of the time call, to be squeezed in on that same day.
CACI with all the right products. (Caci is a method to strengthen your muscles to tighten them. To get rid of wrinkles… get it? No Botox! No!)
I’ve never been a big facial fan. But, for these girls, I’ll keep coming back. It’s amazing. She really looks at what my skin needs that day. Mimi fires up the CACI machine and starts buzzing away.
An idea if the price? 1 hr for £47.
