Learn the Meditation technique from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, for deep relaxation, find calmness, gain mental clarity and stability. The classes are designed for both drop-in and regular meditation attendees. Each class is based on mindfulness technique with visualisation passed down from the enlightened Tibetan masters, and when committing to each cycle, one can deepen the meditation experience even more with teaching on compassion and Tonglen practice which is therapeutic, and it helps discover the self. Free intro on the 23rd of February, the course cycle starts on the 1st of March, every Tuesday 7:00 — 8:00pm.

Born in Taiwan and moved to the UK in 1995, Karma Tudob has over 15 years of meditation study experience in the Buddhist tradition.
It all started in 1998 at Jamyang centre in London, under Geshe Tashi of Geluk tradition from Tibet.
In 2001, inspired by the teaching of Akong Rinpoche from Karma Kagyu tradition, Karma Tudob has since received several initiations and instructions.
Under the guidance of many outstanding teachers from Kagyu school, Karma Tudob has completed Ngondro practice, and has done many retreats on Samatha meditation, Vipassana meditation, and Seven points of mind training in the UK, India, Taiwan and Nepal.
Mentored also by other highly realised masters in Kagyu lineage– Karma Tudob has received oral transmission of Mahamudra and other precious empowerments from His holiness the 17th Karmapa Ogyen Trinley Dorje, Thrangu Rinpoche and Mingyur Rinpoche.
In 2006, Karma Tudob relocated to Taiwan for work and carried on the practice with Ani Chomo, the head of Thr
