John’s philosophy is to provide an enjoyable and fun means of bringing better health, well being and confidence to each person as an individual. As everyone has different needs and different levels of fitness, John will tailor a workout plan specifically designed for getting you to your goals.
Whether your fitness levels are low or high, John is highly experienced in giving you an achievable and enjoyable workout plan, motivating you to go further and achieve more than you might ever expect of yourself.
Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner
John started amateur boxing at the age of 16, taking part in and winning many competitive bouts. At the age of 19 he started competing and won numerous trophies. A week before his 23rd birthday, he signed up with the army and began his training as a paratrooper.
After his training in the army, John pursued his boxing and kept his fitness at its peak combining this with rigorous circuit training. This fed his passion for physical fitness and personal training, leading him to enrol at Hammersmith and West London College to study as a personal trainer.
Since then he has worked at Virgin Active as a PT, where he studied and gained experience in all the state of the art training techniques and practises, and most recently has worked exclusively as a sought-after personal trainer in his own right.
