I took 4 pairs of shoes to be repaired. Basically the heel tips needed to be replaced. After wearing them a few times (its been less than a month since i got them «fixed») two of my pair of shoes have the heel tips completly ruined or they came off. and he is not even cheap so if i were you i would save time and money and go somewhere else.
