Good products, well presented and VERY, very clean :-)
Sausage, burgers et al are made in the shop by those that serve you. Only things that seem bought in prepared are the great chutneys, relishes and marinades.
The Lamb is excellent (especially the cutlets), and the beef IS Scotch. Very good selection of poultry from chickens reared outside in penned coups to super deluxe Organic. I can’t afford the latter, but the regular chickens taste great!
They even deliver 6 days a week, but only if you are around in the morning. :-(
Recommend to all. May seem pricey but you get what you pay for.

The elite local butcher shop on St John’s Wood High Street. They have various types of meat and meat products of only the very fine quality. Much more expensive than buying at the supermarket, but the standards are considerably better too.

This is a good, quality butchers.
Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful.
They sell all types of meat, game (in season), and fish pies, cheese, burgers, sausages. Last time I was there, they had run out of mince, and the guy serving me insisted on making some more while I waited, which only took a couple of minutes.
Recently their prices have gone up a lot (example — 1kg of blade steak was around £12 and the last time I went it had gone up to nearer £15/​kg — compared to other local butchers who are nearer the £10/​kg mark and the same quality!). So, they lose a point for being way to expensive in comparison to other London butchers. But, that’s St John’s Wood for you.
