Having visited the Edmonton branch, I was delighted to know that one in Southgate so close to home was opening. However, after my visit I was disappointed as the food was not of the same quality and the portions were much smaller but with the same price. I had to wait at least 15 minutes for a table and was sat in the busy path of waiters and waitresses frantically attempting to serve everyone simultaneously. Additionally, there was a lack of communication and order between the waiters as twice someone came to take our order.
I think this branch are still finding their feet and highly recommend visiting Kervan Sofrasi in Edmonton.
