I’ve been here quite a few times (about 10x) for MOT’s and find them helpful explaining why a car failed, but they sometimes miss things which cars should fail on, e.g. a-​frame ball joint on a range rover, headlight aim, handbrake inadequate, otherwise they would have got 5 stars. Much better than some other MOT places in East Ham.
