Staff advised me to collect on this day and when I called, the male staff said he can not find my name on their system although I have collected there previously. As if he wanted to correct how I pronounce my name they can not understand even with a clear voice. He insisted they are not responsible to follow up my repeat as when the other female staff already told me come back yesterday ready for collection. They are my nominated Pharmacy nearest to where I live. I was spoken by a male staff with raised voice and annoyed tone. I even told him to not raise his voice as if he is scolding me for the repeat prescription was not even chased by his fellow staff. He said it is not his job to chase the prescription. I said it is on repeat to be sent to them. That the female staff confirmed on the phone last Tuesday. It seems that they are not doing their job and not coordinating with the other staff. I am just calling today to confirm that the inhaler is available for collection today and this is how I was spoken to.
These people speak as if their customers are stupid and hard of understanding like them and does not even know how to apologize for their shortcomings. They deny their failings and tells me repeatedly that I should be the one doing what should have been their job. I have spoken by this bloke over the counter before face to face and I was not ready to hustle him them as I was very tired. He should not be working in a customer-relations area. And this Pharmacy IS NOT EVEN VERY BUSY ( now I know why! )
This so far the WORST PHARMACY I have ever encountered in all my life. Please do not tolerate them. Let them know how bad they treat people or just go to another more pleasant Pharmacy like Boots or Lloyd's.
