The café is nice and has some extra nice waiters, but they are not the fastest. The prices for coffee are ok, but the food is slightly overpriced. Not surprising in this neighbourhood.

This is a really cute café. If you’re after a good cuppa maybe with an accompanying ice cream/waffle/gateaux without having to overpay or wait too long, this is a good option. Nothing fancy but good service and good quality for your money.

went for dessert after having burgers at P&P down James st. Small café that looks twice as big b/c of the mirror at the back. Extensive menu. Our order 1 Ferrero & nutella slice(which they gently warmed up) 1 Red velvet slice(which was gently warmed up as well) 1 latte 1 hot chocolate this for £16 with tip(pay at counter) the cakes were nice… i’m actually glad they were warmed up… light not overkill with sweetness or richness. the latte was standard, but the hot chocolate(I asked for rich) was almost better than Paul’s… REALLYREALLY good!!! I would go back just for a cup of that hot chocolate! outstanding!!! will go back esp for the hot chocolate — I hope it’s standard b/c I would hate it if someone goes to get it and it disappoints. good place for dessert. will try and get the waffles next time(from reviews. they look quite good)

Not as good as it used to be. Service was good but the desserts and cappuccino weren’t good. Something’s missing. New owners maybe?

Fantastic waffle today, sat out in the sun! My waffle was huge with generous toppings. Very gooey and delicious! I also had an iced latte which was excellent too. Great all round. They charge 20p for card payments though so make sure to take cash.

Possibly the worst English breakfast ever, even after advertising it outside along with poor service. Great location just didn’t match with the inside… annoying flies.

I was taken here by someone as a surprise to celebrate me getting a new job. They know I’m a huge Parks and Recreation fan, so I was brought here to enjoy their delicious breakfast waffles, in true Leslie Knope fashion. The Waffles were amazing, and the staff, lovely. The Café has a cosy, European vibe to it and everything was so reasonably priced! I had Maple syrup pancakes with crispy bacon, and thought to myself after bite one– I’m coming here again. It actually transpired that after the breakfast waffle it was around midday… and we weren’t completely full. So we ate again! This time a smoked salmon Eggs Benedict waffle. Once again delicious, and I left very happy and looking forward to my next visit. Already thinking about what to order next– I basically want to try everything on the menu. Great experience in a friendly, laid-back atmosphere. I haven’t even started on their ice-cream yet! Excited :)

I had high expectations from the look of this little ice-cream parlour, but they were not met. There is a range of light food, which once heated in the microwave is rubbery and inedible. The ice cream is little better, it was really difficult to tell the flavours apart. The best part seems to be the home made waffles which i didn’t try, I’m unlikely to go back.

This has got to be the BEST London ice-cream parlour. The owners are Swedish(hence the blue and yellow Swedish flags in the place) and they sure know how to make ice-cream. The handmade cones and cups are made right at the front door and they are absolutely delicious. My favourite flavours(so far) are the Belgian Chocolate Truffle, Pistachio, and Brownie & Cream. I can’t wait to go back and try the other flavours.
