Cheap and cheerful sounds about right, a solid choice for a quick lunch on Drummond street — I understand that they do take away boxes also but I have only ever eaten in. They bring over spring rolls as soon as they have taken your order, which is a lovely touch, and the range of foods on the menu is pretty vast so great for an office lunch as there is something for everyone. Food comes out super quick and although it’s slightly tucked away underground there is plenty of space down there. Tasty and good sized portions.

A recently opened Malaysian restaurant in the basement of Taste of India.
Not entirely sure as to the contact details, as can’t find much on google yet.
However, I understand it’s run by the same people as Roti King, the other side of Euston station.
This place does a great Laksa — rich n creamy broth in quite a Thai style I would say. Cheap and cheerful and a great place for lunch.
Malaysian colleagues say that it’s not quite so good as the Laksa in Roti King (the noodles might be cooked separately and therefore don’t have quite so much flavour), but I thought it was pretty darn good.
