The customer service left a lot to be desired. We arrived 10 minutes before our appointment time. The shop was empty but we were told to go away and come back at the right time!!! I also wanted to try on the dress that was in the window but was told it wasn’t possible and I’d have to go back a week later if I wanted to do that, even though I explained I lived a long way from London and I wouldn’t be able to return for over 1 month. It was the reason I’d made the appointment — I wanted to try THAT dress!!! Needless to say I didn’t buy my dress there… It’s a shame the customer serice is so bad as the dresses are beautiful. If you are willing to pay thousands for your dress you at least expect a warm welcome.

I don’t recommend Spose di Gio. Staff not welcoming(apart from one person only) The measurement were wrong, my dress was too tight they had to readjust it whereas I didn’t gain 1 kilo. It was also too long(I noticed it on the wedding pictures). But the best of it: the day before my wedding I noticed 8 buttons were missing in the back ! However my dress was amazing and the fabric very beautiful and good quality. But it is extremely expensive considering the service. The customer service is extremely bad.
