Order took 1hr 10mins to arrive. When it did arrive the delivery driver rang saying he could not find the house. I live on a normal street with individual houses all numbered. I was stood on the street for 5 minutes trying to direct him and the conversation kept on repeating like this. Driver ‘Can you see my car?’ Me ‘No, I’ve never met you before, I have no idea what type of car you have’. Driver ‘Can you see my car now?’ His excuse was that his sat nav took him to the other end of the road, all he had to do was look at the house numbers and work his way to the correct house. After that debacle the food had obviously gone cold sitting in his car and it had to go straight in the microwave to warm up. The menu allows you to order items in two portion sizes, normal or large. I went for a large for my main and it did come in a large container but half full. Literally no point ordering the large. I wonder how much you would get in a normal portion. Food was ok but after what had happened before it just wasn’t that enjoyable.(Takeaway — 11/12/2014)
