Lupita

A great find on High St. Kensington! Lupita is a fresh take on Mexican cuisine. I’d been eyeing this place from the hotel across the street the entire week I was in London. One day we finally decided to venture in and were pleasantly surprised with the service and quality of the food. The restaurant is bright and welcoming from the outside and even more fun on the inside. The menu is printed on their table place settings with a really nice design. Drinks on one side and food on the other. I really wanted to try the artisan guacamole but for a party of two it seemed a bit much so we went ahead with the small portion. Really liked it and from that moment I had a good feeling our main entrees would be awesome. I had the steak and chorizo tacos. They came in a portion of two and they were very generous with the meats. I can’t remember which tacos my mother ordered but she enjoyed them very much as well. We had some nice cold Mexican Negra Modelo beers to pair with our dishes. Thanks to checking in on Unilocal we enjoyed some churros with cajeta for dessert to top off an excellent meal. I have to say that the food was very authentic and I can’t wait to come back to this spot this summer!

Great new addition of mexican food in Kensington. Vicente, Damian and Maxine were fantastic with service. Had ordered tacos, margaritas and a must-​try: micheladas!
Will def be back!
