History

Established in 2013.

Set up in 2013 After an 8 year career in the elite Royal Marine Commandos and British Special Forces and several years of playing competitive football and in endurance based event, Marine Phys was created to help clients reach their fitness goal, no matter how far away or crazy it may seem, or to help lose that last 5lbs.

We believe any exercise is better than none as long as it is safe and uses good technique, which in all sessions is foundation of all exercises.

Working in a sector that’s a passion and hobby has many advantages and is a rewarding and enjoyable job, even when its raining! The joys of being outside in Hyde Park are great and the chance to pass on years of experience and knowledge empowering clients to make healthier changes to their lives are very important parts of Marine Phys and the sessions taken.

Ex-​Royal Marine Commando & British Special forces soldier who has developed his own training methods in which I practice daily.

My current goal training goal is to win the Mens Health 2014 cover model award to demonstrate to clients I practice what I preach, but after one session you will see fitness is my life.

I am currently studying a BSc (honours) Sports, Fitness and Coaching with exercise instruction along with my other fitness qualifications;
