From buffets and breakfasts to sandwiches, soup, canapés and hot food, the emphasis has always been on customer service from the ease of booking through to delivering quality food on time, every time.
Masons has differentiated itself from the competition by serving its food on white china, giving restaurant standard presentation and reducing waste; getting to know its clients and listening to their needs; carefully sourcing ingredients (eg free-range eggs from Kent; always British meat; buying British and seasonal products where-ever possible) and preparing many items from scratch.

History
Established in 2006.
Started in 2006 by Lewisham based chef Paul Read, Masons Catering was initially part of his successful restaurant Masons in Ladywell. In 2008 he decided to concentrate on developing Masons Catering as a stand alone business. The growth and success in the first two years saw the Business awarded with the Growth Business of the Year from Lewisham in 2010 as well as being Highly Commended in the Entrepreneur of the Year Category in the South London Business Awards.
Masons Catering now has a client list including the Stephen Lawrence Trust, London Borough or Lewisham and Royal Greenwich, as well as many housing associations and NHS Trusts.

Paul has over 35 years experience of working in restaurants, hotels and catering. A true local, he studied catering at Lewisham College. He cares about good quality ingredients and giving his clients delicious food, even if it’s just a humble plate of sandwiches!
