Former head of A&R at EMI turned Masterchef semi-finalist turned Hix and St John Hotel chef, Matt Edwards has now turned his hand to his own restaurant, and named it after his second favourite tune. Edwards was born in New York and lived extensively in Greece, which accounts for some of the menu’s origin. Head chef Luke Cleghorn is also from St John and brings 15 years on the pans to the venue. A wonderful restaurant with a personal touch and perfectly positioned on Hoxton Square. Not to be missed.
