I wouldn’t really recommend this as a place to come for a drink, due to the limited amount of seating and lack of a beer garden. This place hosts a lot of gigs, and that’s the only reason I ever come here. The place where live music is put on is up a small set of stairs and is a fair size for such a small pub. It’s best to arrive early, however, as the stage isn’t raised that much from the area the crowd stands in, so if you end up stood towards the back there’s no way you’ll be able to see unless you’re above six foot tall. Sound quality is great for a pub venue though!
