Specialties
Natalie’s classes will hone your practice, tone your body, and relax your mind. Her flowing yoga sequences are interesting, fun, and small, with plenty of personal attention.
They typically start off fluid and dynamic, incorporating elements of Power Yoga to build heat and develop competence in key poses, and incorporating elements to strengthen and tone the body. They then shift gear to a more slow and restorative practice, influenced by her interest in Yin yoga, to calm the mind and find openness in the body.
Set in her home studio, OmWorks, in Fish Island (Hackney Wick, East London, E3) the classes are small and supportive — ideally geared up for those looking to move forward in their practice, get plenty of personal attention and like a community atmosphere.

Meet the Business Owner
Natalie M.
Business Owner
Her journey with yoga began over 15 years ago, starting with a hatha yoga class taught by a 70 year old woman in a college gym in Scotland. At university, she discovered a rich yoga community that drew influences from iyengar, astanga, and anusara yoga, as well as capoeira, and that introduced her to the more spiritual aspects of yoga. She then continued her practice, spending significant time in India, Morocco and Ibiza as well as back home in London.
After seeing how her life has greatly benefited from yoga she decided to take that passion and use it to teach. She completed her Yoga Alliance 200hr certification in 2014 with Yoga London.
As a corporate executive (product manager), an artist and musician, as well as a scholar in Eastern and Western philosophy (she holds a honours degree in philosophy from the London School of Economics), she has a strong understanding of how yoga can be a powerful tool to cope with corporate pressures and to unleash creativity.
