Nationwide Building Society

A smallish branch of this long established building society, Nationwide in West Ealing has always provided a decent service to me. I have a long term regular savings account and go into the branch every so often to get my book updated.
The staff are always friendly and efficient, although there have been a couple of times on a Saturday when I’m in a bit of a hurry and have witnessed a member of staff dealing with a customer in an office and calling another member of staff from the desk to help with a query leaving just one person to man a cashier desk when the queues have been quite long which can be quite frustrating.
