I’ve bought a voucher from BuyWithMe for 10 Collagen mask, it’s almost 2 mths now and I still haven’t received my order nor any update on it. I’ve been constantly e-mailing them in regards of my order but all I got are automated replies. Good thing is I’m able to get my refund from BuyWithMe, but never ever order from this company! Just waste of time and your money.

I made the mistake of buying a groupon for a haircut. Of course they gave me to the girl that had like a weeks experience. She could barely speak English and the haircut was among the worst I’ve ever had. I had steps on the back of my head… not layers. I have been trying to book an appointment for my husband for the groupon I bought him(I told him to insist on a stylist with experience) and their online booking system is a joke, it just searches for available times and then never gives you any, and their number is always busy. Ospa…you should be ashamed!

My friend and I booked a package through MyCityDeal and after having to wait forever to get an appt(apparently this SPA only had one treatment room?!?) were finally booked in over a month later… Imagine our surprise when we arrived to a sign posted on the door stating the spa was now closed… surely a phone call to booked clients wouldn’t have gone amiss? Still waiting for a reply two weeks later to try and rebook at one of their other locations… won’t hold my breath…

WHYONEARTHISTHEBOOKINGDIARYOF O SPAKEPTIN A FARAWAYOFFICEWHERENOONEPICKSUPTHEPHONE??? And not in each individual spa itself? It’s ridiculous and offensive to customers who have an appointment, turn up to the spa just to find that somewhere in the booking line chaos the appointment has been messed up, forgotten or not confirmed. I had a huge disappointment at the spa for my friend’s 30th birthday and am still fighting to receive a new appointment. NOT impressed.

So… I booked this place as there was a deal taking place for a reduced haircut/blowdry together with a ‘Balinese head massage’. I arrive slightly late but the receptionist was fine with this. I was offered a drink of ice cold lemon water which was greatly appreciated as this so-called spa and ‘place of retreat’ had NO air-conditioning. Anyway… I am shown upstairs and seated as the hairdresser is running 15 minutes late. I am told that the appointment would take about two hours, although when they phoned to rearrange my appointment they told me it would only take an hour??! The place was so hot at least two other customers commented on it too. The music playing in the background was rather un-spa like, I learned later it was the hairdressers iPod playing. Whilst waiting for my dye to take, I spotted Boots mousse… high-class establishment? I think not. I was then taken to have my hair washed(where they did have spa-like music playing) and the lady washing it kept sighing heavily. This was making me feel uncomfortable on a few levels– was the dye an issue, was my hair falling out(as I wasn’t offered a skin test), was she just fed up with the fact that she was lumbered washing my hair. The Balinese head massage was really just a massage which I get when they wash my hair at my usual salon. Nevertheless it was relaxing and she did a good job. The haircut was … ok. We agreed on a simple cut. She tidied it up and gave it some style at the front(in itself confusing when we misunderstood each other) although I am not totally convinced it’s symmetrical(it’s supposed to be). She didn’t tidy my layers which definitely needed it. I wouldn’t return, I wouldn’t recommend it. I would say that it is newly opened and the hairdresser said they were having a few ‘teething issues’. Let’s hope that their other branches are a little more professional given their location and pricing. If you’re going to sample it, wait for a promotional 70%+ off.
