Organica Pizza

I shared a 16 inch with my friend that had pumpkin instead of tomato sauce which was incredibly good with the whole wheat dough we had chosen. Compared to other deliveries I find the prices more than fair if you consider that we got a really tasty pizza with organic products and whole wheat base for two for £18 including delivery. Totally recommend!

Organica is just around the corner from me, and as such this is an embarrassingly well-​informed review. Essentially, every time I’m left to my own devices, I’ll guiltily order myself a leek and potato or capricciosa. I probably have one every two weeks, girlfriend-​approved or not.
The pizzas are absolutely superb. Thin-​crust, reassuringly sloppy, actually quite sparse in quantity, but jumping with well-​balanced and fresh flavours. The menu is a little eccentric, stretching beyond your meat feasts and barbeque chicken globfests. Instead, it carefully straddles the line between foodie-​certified weirdness and pretentious hipstery. If this place was in Shoreditch, it would feel a little more tryhard.
On balance, the pizza is 5-​star, but Organica is slightly let down by some of the necessary stuff around the edges: erratic delivery times (sometimes over an hour), variable quality (from excellent to better-​than-​average) and gougey prices (£13+ per pie). Despite that, it comes highly recommended and trumps the big chains every time.

I live a minute away from Organica and have usually ordered the Pollo (Tomato, mozzarella, organic oven roasted chicken, pancetta, homemade caramelized red onions & roasted peppers).
I much prefer this pizza to the greasy offerings of Domino’s or Papa John’s. The quality of the ingredients and, most importantly, the taste have never disappointed.
The only thing to complain about is that they’re sometimes a victim of their own success, with a 90% success rate of getting my order accepted!

Really tasty take away pizza. The best takeaway pizza I have had in a long time. I ordered florentina pizza which is a bit of a gamble having a soft egg on top. Not only did the pizza arrive hot but the egg was to perfection… Will def be ordering from here again!
Only complaint was that it wasn’t cut properly, so had to cut it myself. But I didn’t mind considering how great it was!

Lovely pizza and salad, the Broccoli and Italian Sausage is REALLY SPICY. The service was quick, took about 35 minutes to delivery the pizza. We had the gluten free base which was really nice, no need to eat the crust as they are a bit heavy but would purchase from them again

Tuesday night at home with my house mates. Nothing beats home delivered pizza from Organica! The Pizza Organica is always our pizza of choice from their menu. We then go for a random choice for the 2^nd one.
Every pizza is an amazing creation of fresh & tantalising ingredients!
Unlike most other pizza places, you never wake during the night racing for the water jug.
The base is soft and easy to roll up. BUT they could cut the pizza slices a bit better… though only negative point I have to a otherwise an awesome experience.

I can’t even comment on the actual pizza because its been over 90 minutes since I ordered and still no pizzas. For the record, I live a third of a mile away, so… yeah. The driver got lost, they sent someone out to look for him, that person couldn’t find Lost Driver Boy. Meanwhile, no pizza. Called the shop, they offered to make new ones (uh, ya think?) and that was 40 minutes ago. Sooooo… I don’t even care if this pizza is negative calorie and I end up going down a dress size just from being in the same room with it. For £29, I expect it in less time than a flight to Italy.

Organica is a few steps away from where I live, and I was excited to get some pie from there, especially since I’ve recently moved, and up until a few days ago, by kitchen was a shamble.
Couple of interesting things, I did the take-​away experience, and it was really fun to see the guys at the pizzeria bopping away to some Trance Goa music while they were working. Kind of felt like joining the party, lol.
I ordered the Americana Pizza, which is essentially cheese, pepperoni, and some chopped chillis.
All in all a decent pizza; not the best I’ve had, but definitely not the worst, and actually better than I was expecting, given that the area tends to be surrounded by B or C grade fast food joints (think refried/​deep fried chicken joints at the like). The cheese was a bit over the top, and the pepperoni felt more like salami, but the chillies were intense. The base is great as well.
I’ll order again, but it’s not super cheap either (17£, medium pizza and rocket salad).

We ordered online, and it took them 1,5 hours and two phone calls to deliver, the guy on the phone lied to us, saying that the order was not received and he was frankly impolite. I’m not gonna order there again, this is the most expensive pizza I’ve ever ordered, I expected a much better service.

Proper thin and crispy pizzas made from entirely organic ingredients. Lots of interesting toppings and they even do gluten free dough (which we didn’t try). I’ll definitely be returning.

This local organic pizza takeaway just wowed us with a fantastic Americana. The mozzarella was from Somerset and had a wonderful depth, the chillies were fresh and tasty, and the peperoni was perfect.
It arrived hot and the rocket salad was deliciously fruity like only the best rocket salads do. This was the 2^nd pizza we’ve had, both great, and the sour dough base is just right. Highly recommended, reminds you of Italy, but with a north London organic slant.
