I’ve been with Penhurst for 1.5 years. We’ve had no working shower for 2 weeks now. They refuse to pay a plumber to fix the problem outside of banking hours. They have no problem deciding to leave tenants without working utilities over the weekend to save the costs of an overtime handy man.
Worst rental agency I’ve ever dealt with. Embarrassingly bad. No pride what so ever in their work. Won’t think twice to screw over the tenant to save a £.
Avoid at all costs.
