Nice joint, lovely coffee, beautiful cakes. But on a hot day it’s simply too warm a shop to be in. I literally started sweating the moment I stepped in and that kinda distracted me from all the food experience!

I work two minutes away from this café, so we ALWAYS go there in our break. I love the taste of the coffee here, their goat cheese muffins and the fact that the staff remember you, and they are always so nice and efficient. They also have different breads (even soda bread, perfect for a friend who is yeast intolerant), lovely cakes and salad bar during lunch time. It is quite pricey but… you are in Covent Garden, my friend!

My parents highly recommended the desserts to this adorable bakery so we decided to drop by on a busy Friday night. The store is adorable like I said, decorated with light pink and greens. All the desserts did look fantastic. I decided to go with the goat cheese and mushroom pie though because I was in the savory mood. I mainly got it because I love goat cheese. It was about 4 pounds if I remember correctly. After biting into it, I thought it was great, but… where was the goat cheese? Kept cutting into it looking around. Went to ask if maybe I had misheard her description. The employees were unhealpful and said they could smell and see the cheese. I mean… I know what cheese looks like and it was not there. Alas, on my last bite, there was the tiniest chunk of goat cheese.
The rest of my party enjoyed their desserts, so maybe I’d stick with that. For goat cheese lovers, stay away from my pie! HAha.

great atmosphere, relaxed setting, friendly, cozy, cute, adorable, etc.
food was great. it’s priced just right, especially for the area, and it was a great little treat to have some grain based salads and a little meat pie with sweet potato as well as a few other treats.
wonderful little spot in covent garden area. will definitely return :)

I’m in love with London and a part of it is the food. I know London’s not known for it’s own food, but it really does have tons of cute cafes and bakeries. I got a giant plate of salad for 4 pounds (roasted cauliflower, bulgur and another type of grain that starts with an f). It’s super cute and has baked treats displayed in the window.
I was sorely tempted by the cinnamon buns and other baked treats however lunch was very satisfying and I wanted to try the macarons from Laduree down the street.
Definitely recommend this place for a quick, delicious and reasonably priced lunch.

This place is magical… Very friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. I see now that there are many around London, but really enjoy this place despite being one of many. I had a fresh scone with jelly combined with a fabulous Americano! I highly recommend!

The prepared foods on display in the window of this store caught our eye. We bought some of their roasted vegetables to take home and had them for dinner. The vegetables were delicious.
