Pizza Hut

Complete fail :(
Very poor service: be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes if you ask for your free refill… And that if you ask it at least to two waiters.
We had a Garlic Bread starter, a pizza and a cookie dessert and the first meal to get on our table was the cookie sweet… Then garlic bread, then pizza O_​o
On the Farmer’s pizza they put sweet tomato sauce: horrible!
I’ll never come back in this Pizza Hut!

Since we had our daughter with us, we decided to dine in a casual family friendly setting. After debating on where to go, we decided to eat at this Pizza Hut location. It was a very unhappy experience to say the least.
We went in at 1400 and was seated three minutes later. A very long waiting period crossed our path and then finally the waiter, Ye Lynn came to take our orders. At this point, we were dealing with a restless toddler and a very unpleasant waiter. We ordered kid’s meal consist of, chicken strips and fries; potato wedges and pizza. If we only knew we would be waiting for another half hour or so, we wouldn’t be there. It took Ye Lynn a while to bring our food to the table though the restaurant wasn’t busy at all.
Sadly, Ye Lynn wasn’t well trained in customer service. But I wonder if it is because we are filipino-​american that is why he wasn’t pleasant like other people in London. Prior to receiving our food, Ye Lynn was also serving the british couple. We have noticed that, he was polite, alert and took care of those two and even went beyond. He offered to sprinkle some parmesan cheese over the couples pizza. On the other hand, Ye Lynn didn’t bother to render good customer service to us. He wasn’t even really communicating with us, when we requested some things like cheese, more napkins and rach for our daughter. Saying something to this waiter wasn’t even worth it, because you wouldn’t really know whether he heard you, understand you and whatever else. Regarding our request, he didn’t meet them. No cheese No ranch… So little tip.
If there is a half star rating, that is what I would rate Pizza Hut UK.
I believe that Pizza Hut employees at this particular location should step up their game in order to invite more customers and have a better reputation.
