The worst service I have ever had from this type of take away.
Very late. Food cold and containers leaking. reluctant to refund. Could not process the refund on our card. Sent cheque made out to wrong name.

We’ve ordered from Planeat a few times — normally when we would like takeaway but can’t quite decide what the best to get would be. The answer — have a mixture!
There’s always a lot on offer, and unlike the previous commenter, the food has always been cooked to the right degree. Service is friendly and ordering online makes it much easier!
Some of the food is a little greasy — but it’s a take-​away. And there are healthier options available too.
Definitely recommended!
