Came to know about this place during my first visit to England, in love since then. They are some what like Starbucks, but food is way way better. I prefer their hot foods over the cold packaged ones. My favorite is their baguette with pesto sauce. Only few cities in America has Pret A Manger. I hope they open one in Atlanta soon.

Wouldn’t normally bother to review a Pret but this place deserves it. I roll through LHR a few times a year and whenever I stop off here the staff are always super friendly and welcoming. Almost all the other airport eatery and shop staff are grumpy but for some reason everyone who works at this Pret is always in a good mood and up for a quick chat. Always a decent vegan or veggie sandwich option and I grab some fresh fruit to help my body through the long haul flight trauma, but the food is just the same as any other Pret. It’s the happy faces that keep me coming back!

Looking for something more local than the Starbucks we tried this place. Honestly because we had vouchers from the airline from missing our flight. The people working here were very nice and the person working even kept offering us things until our vouchers were used up. I will come back here for sure but if you must have Starbucks you must.

Excellent fruit smoothie — also many other great healthy choices available.

Looking for so fresh bread at the airport? Then this is the place to be. Besides that, they have fresh juices, sushi and salads. Enough to choose from. The sushi tastes good, but is too cold, so wait some moments before you eat it. We had the flat bread with chicken and avocado. Tasted great. They don’t have enough places to sit. The staff is friendly.

My first encounter with Prete-A-Manger was at Heathrow airport, terminal 5. Ever since I am a new fan and during my stay in London I was constantly on the lookout for Pret-A-Manger locations in the city. I like their clean and healthy food preparation strategy as well as their yummy food selection. It also seems that they only carry non-factory farmed meat(but I still need to get this confirmed).

I got the falafel & halloumi hot wrap and a chocolate mousse cup. They were both really delicious!

Pret A Manger was a very easy stop to go to during our travels in and out of LHR terminal 5. We were a bit hungry after traveling, and wanted to grab a quick snack here before our catching our connecting flight out. They have a large selection of grab-and-go food and beverage items, so the hardest part coming here is making a choice for what you want. I think we decided to try out a chicken and avocado sandwich and another sandwich that I think was similar to a BLT. Both very tasty and pretty fresh, but I think I preferred the BLT one because it had more flavor and was a little tastier to eat. It does tend to get a little crowded here, but there are enough registers open so that you don’t have to wait in line for very long. The staff here are also very friendly, which is an added plus anywhere I go!

After 12 hours in the air and maybe twice as long since any decent sleep, after the insanity of transfer customs and entry**, you do not want to spend a month’s wages on some crappy airport food. Which is why I love, love, love the T5 Pret. Smoked salmon & butter sandwich? Yes! All natural no added sugar juice sodas? Yes! Fresh fruit & salads? Yes! Reasonable prices? Yes! No wait? Yes! All things being equal, I would choose a T5 layover because of Pret. (**Granted it’s not as bad as other places, but that’s like saying Ted Bundy wasn’t as bad because he didn’t kill as many people as Stalin.)

A great place to grab a quick bite while waiting between flights. I rolled into Heathrow at 6:30AM after a 7 hour flight and was particularly ravenous. I grabbed a Hoisin Duck Wrap which would turn out to be my favorite one of the entire trip(I love duck. Don’t judge). That’s the beauty of Pret, and this location is no exception. You get in, you grab a delicious morsel, you get it out. Like many other places in the airport, they accept pounds, Euros, and dollars so no need to incur costly foreign transaction fees on your credit card even if you haven’t made it to the currency exchange yet.

A well stocked — albeit crazy busy — Pret location. Not price inflated like most other things at the airport. Plus, when you’re usually forced to stuff your face with crappy takeaway before hopping on a flight, it’s nice to eat a proper sandwich that makes you feel happy in your soul.

Yum! My favorite place to freshen up and get a snack before heading onto a connecting flight. Pret makes delicious sandwiches and offers fresh juice, fruit, snacks etc… Next time I’m going to try one of their hot sandwiches.

grabbed a hot jalapeño chicken sandwich before heading to my gate. Pret never disappoints… i have tried many other sandwiches which are also good… it’s cool how pret charges more for sit-in customers…

It’s a pret. It’s got sandwiches. And decent tea. And you can take your sarnie on the aeroplane and get wish-I-thought-of-that looks wihen the airplane«food» is brought out. Just like all the other Prets.

I had some time to kill in Terminal 5 before my domestic connecting flight and was looking for something healthy to eat that wasn’t too expensive or too much. I was so happy when I found Pret A Manger because it satisfied my tiny hunger and didn’t drain my wallet. The prices were not bad, everything looked tasty and fresh, but I settled for the tomato soup because I was feeling a tad under the weather. The soup was hot, tasty and fresh — I was plesantly surprised. Since my first encounter with Pret A Manger in Heathrow, I have been going there ever since. This is love at first taste! :)

I had some kind of fruity drink here that I really liked. I wish I just stayed here instead of finding a traditional sit-down restaurant. Everything looks very fresh and appetizing. From the restaurant above, I could see that there was a constant line for the 90+ min that I was in the airport. Don’t go to Giraffe. Stay here.

This place seemed to be popular, and was full of people during the entire 2 hours I spent waiting for my flight to depart from Terminal 5 at Heathrow Airport. From reading reviews of other Pret A Manger locations, it seems there must be as many Pret A Mangers scattered throughout London as there are Starbucks scattered throughout Seattle in the States. Pret A Manger prides itself in selling fresh salads, soups and sandwiches, all healthy with no preservatives or added chemicals, all made fresh, on-site, every day. On this day I was looking for a place to grab lunch before my flight. I stopped here and had the avocado and mozzarella salad, and had the Pure Pret Still — Lemonade. Both were tasty and very fresh. Total came to 6.39 pounds, or about $ 10.50USD with the exchange. I wish they had these sandwich shops in the US, I’d be a regular customer!
