Of all Ralph Lauren stores I have visited, this one is the one where I have felt the least welcome. One of the employees actually pretended not to see/​hear me when I asked for help. I understand he had to help other customers, but he acted like I wasn’t there. This horrible service led to me leaving the store without buying anything that I intentionally planned to buy!
