Regular Cleaning London

I have not changed my locaiton to London since I moved here last year, but rest assured this is for your London based company and my London based flat.
I find it interesting you have the time to respond to this post, but not return calls or meet appointments, as I have tried numerous times to consistently being told someone would come back to me or meet me at our place. I am not surprised you would «conveniently» remove my name as nobody calls back. Perhaps you should talk to your people. Below is the list of communications, dates, and method we have discussed, I have only used first names and no numbers for obvious rasons
March 11 — Text from Debbie — («hi, would you confirm your cleaning service for tomorrow at 9a, thank you, Debbie, supervisor»)
March 12 — «Stella» cleaned and caused damage (we can provide pictures)
March 12 — Tlaked to Ivo to meet us at 8am on March 17 to inspect
March 13 — Discussed with Ivo again to confirm appointment
March 17 — No show — tried to call 3 times, number blocked (tried different number worked fine)
March 17 — Talked to «Nora» was informed it went to «complaints» department and they would get back to me end of day — No response
March 18 — Talked to Nora again, same result
March 19 — Called a third time got someone new, and was told there are no managers but someone would get back.
I stopped calling and have proceded to small claims paperwork and getting estimates for hte repair myself.
Happy to provide phone numbers, pictures and emails if you are still unclear as to you companies involvement.

Do NOT use this company! The cleaner that came to our place ruined our brand new wood kitchen top, using oven cleaners and bleach on the wood, and, even worse, the company refuses to remedy the situation. They were supposed to show up today to assess the damage and failed to do so and have been completely non-​responsive, even hanging up on us, when we have called them. This company is unethical and has caused hundreds in damage to our new kitchen and refuse to do anything about it. They are avoiding any chance in fixing the situation.

I hire a cleaning maid from Regular Cleaning London to help me with the preparation of the home before Christmas. She does very good job, all the tasks I gave to her was properly done. She never mess with my personal things and I really appreciate this.

I decided to make a general cleaning before the holidays and I ordered professional cleaning from Regular Cleaning London. I’m amazed at their professional attitude. All the house is clean now, they touched every corner from top to bottom. And the price I paid was really reasonable for the quality of the service.

I used their deep cleaning service. I definitely see a difference. The whole task was performed in 4 hours which I find pretty fast. Respective to that the price wasn’t very high. I am quite satisfied overall.

My family have a regular cleaner hired from this company. I moved out 3 weeks ago but I still have some observations. The lady is very hard working and dedicated. I used to talk with her while she was cleaning. From what I saw she pays more than enough effort in her work and I think this deserves to be valued.
