This is my ‘normal’ hospital. I come here every fortnight for my treatment and am part of the furniture now. This hospital is the best hospital I have ever been to. The staff are all so caring, compassionate, polite, courteous, friendly, they go above and beyond their call of duty whether its the cleaning staff or the consultant. The food here is actually nice as its all cooked on site and non of this pre packaged from somewhere else like all other hospitals. No-one likes going to hospital, but I truly love coming here as it doesn’t even feel like I’m visiting a hospital just my local GP surgery who are specialist in Respiratory conditions.

Um… not sure exactly how to rate a hospital, but here goes… I’ve spent way too much time here recently where my boyfriend has been a patient. I can’t speak for all the doctors but Dr Clague is a first-rate surgeon and his team is like a team of superheroes. Not all the facilities are fully up-to-date but money is spent where it matters most — on excellent care by doctors and nurses. I’ve never been in a hospital where the night nurses are just as kind, comforting and capable as the day nurses, but there wasn’t a single nurse there who wasn’t great at his or her job. The hospital fare is hospital fare (nothing exciting) but better than UCH, and unlike UCH there is free WiFi.

I have to give this hospital a 5*, particularly after the way they looked after me following my heart attacks. Their professionalism, compassion, understanding and approach were second to none. Even as a fellow professional I felt special and cared for. The food was excellent, better than some hotels I’ve been in. Can recemmend this hospital 500%.more. AND
