When you are feeling really terrible on Christmas eve, and you stroll into the Doctor’s surgery an hour before everybody goes home… and they help you out — that really is priceless!
The reception staff are great — really friendly and helpful. HOWEVER. This is a really busy surgery with SO MANY patients… call to make an appointment on a Monday. Get to see the doctor on Friday. No. Not this Friday. NEXT FRIDAY. No. Not this year. 2013.
