AWFUL customer services and a short fused owner. I think one star is too generous for this establishment. I bought a Groupon for a Brazilian blow dry and had an appointment booked today. I received a text message from the lady yesterday asking me to pay £40 on the day and it has to be cash. I replied asking why I have to pay as I booked on Groupon and she sent a message back saying that she does not have my voucher details(even though it had been given when booked and redeemed!). I decided to call the lady and ask and she said that she had no record of the voucher. I did explain that I had given the details on the phone and the voucher had been redeemed and she said I needed to do it all again. Admittedly, I was really annoyed as she was not at all apologetic and very rude about the whole thing so I said that I think it was very unorganized to lose customer details. To my utter shock she then responded with a threat asking me if I wanted a haircut or not. I asked her if she was threatening me and she said«yes I am»!!! She told me to call Groupon and get my refund and hung up the phone! I think for a business, where customers are paying for a service, which in turn then pays for their business, customers should be treated with at least some respect. From the first message I received from this lady, it was very rude and not welcoming at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone as you would only be made to feel uncomfortable and who knows, if you get on the wrong side of this short fused woman, she may even take it out on your hair!

Friendly, professional, and my hair looks amazing after a brazilian keratin treatment and a beautiful haircut. 10 out of 10! I had bad experiences in the hands of cowboys in the past in London, wasn’t sure about having the treatment, specially cuz it was a voucher bought on kgb, but from now on Salon 100 have a new costumer. I will certainly be back there!
