Our gelato is natural luxury.
Natural as we use absolute top quality natural raw materials. The colour of our gelato is natural and the cold is our only preservative.
Luxury as we harmonise and enhance the vibrancies of each flavour and within each flavour in our artisanal recipes. We select the raw materials carefully by origin to let you taste the different aromatic notes of cocoas, vanilla pods and coffee beans from different regions of the world.
Our gelato is produced fresh daily in our state-of-the-art laboratory by adding each single ingredient according to the strictest tradition of the Italian gelateria.
History
Established in 2007.
Scoop opens the door in June 2007 in the heart of Covent Garden in London, United Kingdom, also known as the theatre borough for the number of theatres performing musicals and attracting millions of tourists from all over the world each year. Back then, you could count virtually no gelato parlours in London. Also in Italy, despite a higher density of gelato parlours, very few could be proud of producing a very high quality gelato. Scoop’s idea was to develop a culture of enjoying high quality natural gelato without the use of artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives and using top quality ingredients.
