St Christopher’s Inn Hammersmith

Excellent hostel. Steps to the Hammersmith Apollo, fast wifi, comfy beds, and very helpful staff. I forgot a few things in my room, and the hostel staff had no problem letting me back in to retrieve my belongings.
Rooms were very clean, as were bathrooms. No dodgy folks here-​mostly just tourists and low key travelers. Free breakfast included juice and toast. Vegan butter. For £10 per night in London, you will not do any better than this hostel. Highly recommended.

Eh. Been to London twice and have always stayed here, despite the fact that on my last day there on the first time I was in London my coat and scarf was stolen out of one of the rooms. I was in a female dorm and a man entered and whoever my bunkmate was just let him take my stuff… so that was kind of a bummer. The people down at the bar who run the hostels were very sympathetic, but they never succeeded in recovering my stuff, unfortunately. But besides that, this is one of the most comfortable hostels I’ve ever stayed in, with comfy beds, lights under each bed, amply spacious coin lockers (though you need to bring your own small lock) Bathrooms and showers are cleaned regularly, and you get free breakfast at Belushi’s bar downstairs and discounts off of other food and drinks. Despite the coat incident I think this is a great place (Hey, I did come back!) And I do reccomend this inn to others traveling to London. This place is RIGHT NEXT TO the hammersmith station (Piccadily line) so it is a breeze getting from Heathrow to this place.
