Awful administration!!!

I don’t know why I booked appointment at first place, as nobody had recommended this place to me. Now I see maybe «why».
I had an appointment to visit this place and I was late 15 minutes. The two ladies at the reception, were anything but polite. They didn’t ask me the reason I was late — they didn’t care and they also lied to me by telling me that two other visitors who had the same time with me appointment, had already seen the place. And I m telling they lied because the visitor’s book was wide open in front of me and the last person who visited the place was at least two hours earlier than my appointment. Also no one came out of the building the whole time I was there.
Furthermore the one that opened the front door wasn’t told me to come in (I had with me the pram) only when I asked if I could have another appointment. She saw her computer and she made a note of the new appointment by telling me «you will be here?»!!!
